Don't forget Dan Underwood who backed Rick Hamilton and put him into his rental unit only for him to resign and leave us on a ship headed nowhere. and also backing the 1.5 million dollar loan that many think was spent incorrectly Camille schulte, and her group of cactus crew friends has destroyed the beautiful ambience of the greenery at Anasazi. Turned the cactus garden into a non-profit??. And also backed Rick Hamilton who we all know turned out to be a nightmare to the community Including the waste of $167,000 to paint pool rocks....now we have pools in disrepair, which should have been priority..Pool 5 out for whole season 🤬 How many you are tired of watching Ariella brand sit in front of the zoom

you need to read between the lines, how did Camille schulte turn the cactus garden into a non-profit organization when it is owned by 600 residents.. and now we are a concert venue ? 😂 and her statement here, ? part of the strongest BOD at Anasazi? shows the fantasy world she lives in lol Camille is one of the main reasons that property is in the condition it is, time to send her packing.

Many believe the assessment vote should wait till after the election, if we get the same people voted in are we going to get the same results before you give your money up AGAIN?

When you're deciding on who to vote for this year in the upcoming election for board of directors, here are some things to take into consideration. Dan Underwood backed Rick Hamilton for almost a year and a half, allowed him to procure a 1.5 million loan that has done nothing for the community.and led us into further abyss. Dan Underwood was left with egg on his face, when his star hire turned out to be everything that the full-time residents urged in Underwood to stop. that decision left us without a manager then Dan Underwood spearheaded $167,000 rock painting at the pools, backing Rick all the way, even though there were more major projects that should have been attended to, now pool five sits empty with a hole in it. remember when Dan Underwood guaranteed the assessment would pass because 40% here were investors? it failed I guess those investors didn't have faith in our property at this time either. the list is endless....Time to replace Dan Underwood.. along with Ar

 For the last 10 years Ariella brand has been writing the rules..😂😂 yet no rules are enforced . The dog weight rule has been floating around for 6 years now with no determination. If you've ever watched her and her sister during a board meeting you know how confusing things are These trails of emails from Ariella say it all from 2020. No one was admitted to the rules committee and those that were on their remained secret.. No transparency! Legal,?

 Hoping Andre runs for board this next election.!! Great advice Perhaps, due to very limited time, IMHO,  it would be more useful to start to emphasize the new candidates for the BOD and concentrate on promoting those, who, specially, have business ownership experience .. Why reward those same ones ( 4 whose terms  expire) that added to our financial distress, with no real oversight.??? Time for a change, fresh thinking, strong oversight & more transparency in all facets ... Might want to pass this along - also encouraging placement of candidates support literature in the elevators & stairwells ... Best André
