Now they decided if your unit has mold you have to pay for the remediation or they will come in and charge you for the service that they should have been providing.. If you ever looked in your ceilings in the bathroom when they came to cut them out there is mold in the walls... Just another way to keep them from being responsible and to collect more money from you. Drove past Anasazi yesterday, the gully at the entrance is filled with trash and all the grass is dead....  Hoping Andre runs for board this next election.!! Great advice Perhaps, due to very limited time, IMHO,  it would be more useful to start to emphasize the new candidates for the BOD and concentrate on promoting those, who, specially, have business ownership experience .. Why reward those same ones ( 4 whose terms  expire) that added to our financial distress, with no real oversight.??? Time for a change, fresh thinking, strong oversight & more transparency in all facets ... Might want to pass this along - also encouraging placement of candidates support literature in the elevators & stairwells ... Best André
