When you're deciding on who to vote for this year in the upcoming election for board of directors, here are some things to take into consideration. Dan Underwood backed Rick Hamilton for almost a year and a half, allowed him to procure a 1.5 million loan that has done nothing for the community.and led us into further abyss. Dan Underwood was left with egg on his face, when his star hire turned out to be everything that the full-time residents urged in Underwood to stop. that decision left us without a manager then Dan Underwood spearheaded $167,000 rock painting at the pools, backing Rick all the way, even though there were more major projects that should have been attended to, now pool five sits empty with a hole in it. remember when Dan Underwood guaranteed the assessment would pass because 40% here were investors? it failed I guess those investors didn't have faith in our property at this time either. the list is endless....Time to replace Dan Underwood.. along with Ariela, and Camille....her story here this week..
