Over the last 90 days, 11 Condos have been reported as sold in ANASAZI VILLAGE 🫨 And there are 18 listed on the market now, majority are doing drastic markdowns just to escape the sad downfall of a once beautiful property. 😔 There used to be a waiting list for a unit to become available..... Current Board needs to Go

 Hoping Andre runs for board this next election.!! Great advice Perhaps, due to very limited time, IMHO,  it would be more useful to start to emphasize the new candidates for the BOD and concentrate on promoting those, who, specially, have business ownership experience .. Why reward those same ones ( 4 whose terms  expire) that added to our financial distress, with no real oversight.??? Time for a change, fresh thinking, strong oversight & more transparency in all facets ... Might want to pass this along - also encouraging placement of candidates support literature in the elevators & stairwells ... Best André
