Time for Change

It is apparent to those who have lived here a long time that our current board has sent us into fiscal abyss along with the property not being kept.. during this last board we have been in fiscal nightmare, our beautiful trees and bushes removed. It's time for a change. Don't forget Dan Underwood who backed Rick Hamilton and put him into his rental unit only for him to resign and leave us on a ship headed nowhere. and also backing the 1.5 million dollar loan that many think was spent incorrectly Camille schulte, and her group of cactus crew friends has destroyed the beautiful ambience of the greenery at Anasazi. Turned the cactus garden into a non-profit??. And also backed Rick Hamilton who we all know turned out to be a nightmare to the community Including the waste of $167,000 to paint pool rocks....now we have pools in disrepair, which should have been priority..Pool 5 out for whole season 🤬 How many you are tired of watching Ariella brand sit in front of the zoom screen in her moo moo crunching on potato chips during these very important meetings. She has been in charge of the rules committee for 11 years And yet no rules have been enforced here for many years Many asking who to vote for ? We need to remove as many of the current board members as possible this cycle or you will find yourself with more assessments in the future and higher HOA, if they can get the property someone back to what it used to be. MBA in finance and director of many boards. Robert Vest.. chairman of the board of the Make-A-Wish foundation Jerry Stanley. Very much a financial guru and current director of two other financial boards. These are people who have a vested interest in Anasazi as owners and also have the backgrounds that the current board does not have to help push Anasazi back and bring back the values we once had. For over 2 years we have been hearing nothing but lies and promises.. security for different companies and yet on the 4th of July we had four car stolen in one night Infrastructure & plumbing a daily occurrence. The amount of pine trees removed and no replacements, the removal of our bushes. All through the vision of Camille schulte and not the vision of 600 residents... She still does not live here full-time... resides in Prescott Arizona.. and her comment on her biography that this is the strongest board ever should be reason alone to get rid of this black eye of the community.
