The new communication committee to push for the assessment.. 99% part-timers Read the letter carefully It says don't engage with hostiles So if you're against the assessment now you're a hostile....🤬 just further division in an already divided community.

 Hoping Andre runs for board this next election.!! Great advice Perhaps, due to very limited time, IMHO,  it would be more useful to start to emphasize the new candidates for the BOD and concentrate on promoting those, who, specially, have business ownership experience .. Why reward those same ones ( 4 whose terms  expire) that added to our financial distress, with no real oversight.??? Time for a change, fresh thinking, strong oversight & more transparency in all facets ... Might want to pass this along - also encouraging placement of candidates support literature in the elevators & stairwells ... Best André
