Illegal Voting ??

Sad Day at Anasazi, an illegal vote forcing you to vote to make a quorum has cost you a $3,000 payment as the assessment passed, the capital override failed, and all the board members were retained, the only New edition was Robert Vest who took over for Ray durney Now you have the same people who let Anasazi fall into a pit and waste your money continue to waste more money. Many who attended the first resident meeting I hosted were smart enough to put their units up as we did and sell.. For those that think that the money is going to change things in Anasazi think again.. Same miss spending will continue, and again the winter snowbirds controlled the vote. Full timers have sat on their hands and allowed this to happen. After the meeting in August, five people sold their units including us... Excuse me if the future doesn't look bright at Anasazi.. The same douchebags are controlling the wallet that mysteriously was missing money always.. As long as AAm. is in management and the same sandbaggers around the board, things will not change.. Those that are owners should be looking into this illegal vote that forced you to vote or pay the $3,000 up front....
