Over the last 90 days, 11 Condos have been reported as sold in ANASAZI VILLAGE ๐Ÿซจ And there are 18 listed on the market now, majority are doing drastic markdowns just to escape the sad downfall of a once beautiful property. ๐Ÿ˜” There used to be a waiting list for a unit to become available..... Think about that..

Mold at Anasazi ?

Pay attention to the new rules and regulations concerning mold.!!! With no plans to ever fix the broken pipes and all the walls that have leaked for years. Now they decided if your unit has mold you have to pay for the remediation or they will come in and charge you for the service that they should have been providing.. If you ever looked in your ceilings in the bathroom when they came to cut them out there is mold in the walls... Just another way to keep them from being responsible and to collect more money from you. Drove past Anasazi yesterday, the gully at the entrance is filled with trash and all the grass is dead.... The property continues to decline regardless of the assessment money they collected.....

After raising the HOA, and adding an assessment. Tonight's board meeting will focus on a new phone system for Sharon who never answers the phone? Nothing about fixing the parking lot, pools, old dilapidated pipes in the buildings Just more of Camille and her irrigation system...What a joke. And yet another reserve study, to figure out how much they're going to raise the HOAs.

Received an email today stating many are asking the question. How come this person gets to plant their own bushes that are not part of the HOA rule, And also have a partition that is not allowed. This is the patio of Karen Ventura... Some asking if the landscape committee paid for it with your assessments.? ๐Ÿคจ

Chaos

Spoke with a board insider this weekend, apparently the new manager had no experience or clue on how to run the property? And yet you're board of directors still has faith in AAM Management? 11 years of running the property into the ground, then you got Rick Hamilton for one year and nobody still knows where half the money is that was allotted for property repairs, then you add the new manager who didn't make it for 2 months.. now you're going on almost a year with no management and that dipshit Sharon Clark being the point of contact for the property.. And you're just 30 days away from a majority of the board going back home to their cities and countries and leaving the property unattended again for the summer months. In September we were 24 votes away from removing Karen Ventura... The full-time owners need to coordinate more now than they ever have in the last 10 years in order to have a possibility of even saving their property, or hoping to sell with almost a

AAM Contract

When do you get to the point and realize AAM... Has not fulfilled their contract. Time for Jeff Dixon and Sharon Clark to hit the road.! No permanent manager in over 6 months, where is the salary going? Many legalities in question.
